User Accounts
I cannot log into my old account
The Handbook website has been upgraded and now offers more information in a user friendly manner. Part of the upgrade means that users of the old website have to upgrade their account by resetting their password. Please click on the Request New Password link at:
http://www.thehandbook.com/user/password
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password and also containing your new username.
I get an error message when I try and log into my account
If you have reset your password and have successfully logged into your account previously but are now getting an error message then your account may be inactive. This can be for a variety of reasons so please email technical@thehandbook.com with your username and the error message for assistance.
Can I share my login details?
User accounts are set up for the account holders use only. Sharing login details can lead to your account being made inactive as this breaches the terms of the service that we offer.
The Handbook Celebrity Section
Can I have a free trial of the Celebrity section?
Every user to The Handbook is offered a free trial of the service, simply register your details to get two free searches.
Can I telephone to find out Celebrity agent details?
Unfortunately we cannot supply agents details over the telephone and you will need to login to your account to access this information.
Do you book celebrities for Events?
The Handbook offers a full service for commercial celebrity bookings, simply email bookings@thehandbook.com with as much information about the event as possible. Unfortunately we cannot deal with Charity or non-commercial events/requests and these must be sent to the agent concerned directly.
The Handbook Diary
Can I add a diary event to the website for free?
The Handbook do not charge for listing events in the diary although these must generally be for London based events and are added at the discretion of the editor. Please add your event at:

Can I have a free trial of the Diary?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the diary we are unable to offer a free trial of the service. If you would like to see examples of previous diaries then please email annam@thehandbook.com
