From the best brunch spots to the cobblestone streets, these ten accounts no doubt inspire your post-lockdown outings in a heartbeat.

If you feel yourself falling out of love with the city, let @richardleemassey’s Instagram stories guide you on a journey of rediscovery and adventure. Every day Richard documents his morning run, dashing from area to area, stopping off at prime independent grocery stores, retailers and takeaway spots. So engrossing, the stories feel as though we’re right there with him, falling back in love with the cobblestone streets, historic buildings and iconic landmarks. 

Not to mention his grid too, which is filled with beautiful shots of London’s hospitality scene too, with recommendations of where’s hot to head to right now and post-lockdown. If you’re feeling a little fed up of city life during quarantine, Richard’s Instagram page truly will make you fall back in love with the city you call home.

Founded by Katya Katkova, who grew up in Lithuania, the @eastlondonmornings Instagram grid brings its followers everything they need to be in-the-know around the East London area. The blog and Insta account blends together London’s creative side to its foodie and bar scene, bringing its followers on a journey around haunts in East London, from brunch spots to neighbourhood bars. 

Pre-Covid we met up with her to chat about all things London related which you can check out here for some inspiration post-lockdown.

For the picture perfect side of the city, head to @prettycitylondon’s account. Created by Siobhan Ferguson, the Instagram account boasts a wealth of over 415k followers and presents London in its prettiest form, from the cobblestone streets of Hampstead through to the flower markets dotted around the city.

From London on crystal clear days to the city dusted in snow, @lakudavies manages to find beauty in every part of the city. Scroll through and fall in love with the bright lights, iconic landmarks and glistening river that London’s world renowned for. We also love how the colour scheme seems to change depending on the season, from bright in the summertime to dark and moody in the cooler months. Helping to keep the spirit of London alive through food is Clerkenwell Boy, the foodie Instagram account that’s taken London’s sensational hospitality scene to new heights.   

Throughout the pandemic @clerkenwellboyec1 has helped Londoners fall back in love with the vibrant flavours and coolest new dining spots it’s known for. From running competitions with restaurants throughout the Christmas season to throwing in a few of his own foodie creations, it’s an Insta grid that’s prided itself on helping to lift up our spirits during the darkest few months.

From moody shots of the city at dusk to glistening shots of London at Christmas, @justefe’s Insta grid manages to make us fall head over heels for the city we call home time and time again. We especially love the gloomy shot of the London Eye reflected over the Thames.

Helping to keep the spirit of London alive is visual storyteller, Bei Na Wei. Every ounce of @bei.bei.wei’s grid has been carefully curated, from the foodie snaps through to the pink-hued design. It’s pretty, pink and makes us fall back in love with this city.  

Also the founder of @lepinkfigaro (see below), each grid photo tells a story about the city, from the best places for a cosy staycation to the best cobblestone streets to explore come the weekend.

You’ve no doubt spotted this car around town, or at least seen it popping up on your Insta grid numerous times, but it never gets old. 

Helping to add a splash of colour to your working week is @lepinkfigaro’s Instagram account, created by @bei.bei.wei. The pretty in pink car is often spotted around the city, from lining the Notting Hill technicoloured houses to sitting perfectly outside Leadenhall Market. The photos will no doubt make you smile and also help you find the prime Insta locations to shoot in too.

Expect everything from staycation inspo to the prime brunching spots, to the best work-from-restaurants around the city when you stumble onto @ginagoesto’s grid. It’s been beautifully curated, with a slew of interiors, food and personal photos too.

Whenever we see a shot of the beautiful staircase at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London, you know we’re going to give it a double tap, and that’s certainly the case for @angelacoomey’s beautiful snap. Reignite your love with the city and get inspired by all of the places you’re going to visit post-lockdown from Wolf & Badger’s cosy corner in Coal Drops Yard to the foliage focused restaurant Casa do Frango.
