Ever since sushi first became an ‘it’ food all those years ago, I have loved Japanese cuisine, so I was really excited to try out Salmontini, which promises a modern, yet authentic take on Japanese dining. It is safe to say that I wasn’t disappointed! With a restaurant already in Central St Giles, Ippudo have just launched a second venue in Canary Wharf bringing a taste of tonkotsu ramen to the city.
