The Good Egg To Open

This August will see the opening of The Good Egg in Stoke Newington, bringing a taste of Tel Aviv, California and Montreal to East London. Friends: Joel Braham, Oded Mizrachi, Alex Coppard and Myles Broscoe have spent two years cooking in market stalls and at street feasts from KERB to street feast and now they’re opening a permanent site in a Grade II listed building on Stoke Newington Church Street. Opium Den opens at Nam Long

In 1985 a certain Mr Thai Dang opened Nam Long Le Shaker, a haunt that quickly became renown for its celebrity diners, Flaming Ferrais cocktails, pan-Asian dining as well as its strict door policy, with Prince William and Mick Jagger both being turned away.
