Following the refurbishment of the 5 Parisian Pullman hotels, the restaurant in the La Defense hotel also saw itself modernised with a new open plan kitchen and a contemporary new design. The restaurant is open from 6.30am-1.00am every day and includes a Power Lunch that lasts 45 minutes flat. This Halloween, on Saturday 2 November, Maggie’s will open its doors for its annual Halloween party – this year, with an 80s slasher movie theme. Jerez has arrived in Fitzrovia today in the shape of Drakes Tabanco, traditional sherry tavern from the team behind Copita and Barrica. Sherry will be served straight from the barrel alongside natural wines, artisan beer and an Andalusian-inspired menu. Among the range of largely exclusive sherries in barrel is an off-dry Rare Old India – a blend of long-aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez, and a 30 year old Antique Palo Cortado. The new cocktail bar and restaurant takes its name from its address of 100 Hoxton Street. It is the brainchild of the team behind Zilouf’s in Islington and promises affordable Asian fusion food.
