Following the success of the London Picnic Club the Platterform team is back tomorrow, Thursday, opening London’s first rooftop food market and destination bar, the SkyMarket. The new venture will bring together local independent food producers, local growers, the diverse food scene of Borough Market and Maltby Street – plus artists and musical and theatrical talent. Tonteria

The wait is nearly over.  Following the closure of Public, his King’s Road nightclub, Guy Pelly (alongside fellow nightclub entrepreneur, Marc Burton – the two met while working at Mahiki) is launching Tonteria in the bowls of Sloane Square on the site of the former Kitts. The 200 capacity club is based on a Mexican hacienda, opening six nights a week.
