Pont ST at Belgraves Hotel is a restaurant that promises beautifully prepared seasonal fare in a beautiful Knightsbridge location, it was established as a replacement to the hotel’s previous HIX Belgravia. With a kitchen headed by Sophie Michell of TV’s ‘Cook Yourself Thin’ fame, she promises a ‘distinct style’ of light seafood, drawing inspiration from Californian, Australian and Mediterranean sources. The Storeroom

Following the opening of the restaurant last October, Merchants Tavern is launching a private basement dining room called The Storeroom with food and wine produce from the restaurant lining the walls and a large communal table seating 22 people.
