Raymond Blanc, the Michelin-starred chef renowned for his mentoring of young people, has now joined forces with Boris Johnson, mayor of London. This pairing may seem unlikely, but it’s all in the name of progress – the pair are encouraging the capital’s food venues to take on more young apprentices!
