Our favourite pizza joint Franco Manca has just launched its new winter menu with seasonal additions such as Friarielli (wild broccoli from Vesuvius), Mozzarella and buffalo ricotta topped with wild mushrooms sourced according to availability (chanterelle, pied de mouton and trompette de la mort) and Gloucester Old Spot hand-chopped sausage (the Gold Medal winner by Giuseppe Mascoli and David Tomlin). New bubble tea and merienda lounge Lakwatsa, is launching in Notting Hill on Sunday. Lakwatsa means ‘to chill’ in Filipino while merienda, in case you’re wondering, is a light meal.
