Rupert Street’s Bubbleology has just launched at the Fifth Floor Foodmarket.     Bubble Tea originated from Taiwan in the early Eighties and said bubbles are created by the vigorous shaking involved its making. There are now over 8000 Bubble Tea Cafés alone in Taiwan. A ‘pop-up’ kiosk is set to appear on the fashion retailer’s Ground Floor accessories section from Monday 4 July.
