So long Pret a Manger, there’s a new venue on Broadwick Street knocking the socks off its rivals.  Founded by Sergio Mottola, Food Secret delivers a tailor tailor-made menu with a unique labelling system delivering actual calorie content and nutritional value thanks to an innovative database that turns complex nutritional facts into accessible information.

A dizzying array of grab and go salads, wraps, sandwiches and soups each detailing their protein, carb, fibre, saturated and unsaturated fat content plus calorie counter and starred rating system will have chicken caesar fatigued food hounds in raptures but if you’re not convinced by delicious combinations of parma ham and caramelized onion on pitta or smoken salmon and asparagus salad or steaming prawn curry laska soups then you can even go bespoke at the deli counter.

Salt caramel panna cotta and Ghana chocolate mousse desserts may not be quite as healthy but the bite sized micro pots mean you can have a litle of what you fancy without the guilt of a super-size portion.

The glamorous eat-in dining space is zenned to the max and with exclusive Twitter offers plus the best loyalty card system in Soho – six food or drink stamps equates to a free soup of coffee – we reckon this is one secret that is well and truly out!
