The stunning venture from Danish born restaurateur Soren Jessen, owner of top London eatery 1 Lombard Street is tantalizing guests with Native, Maldon Rock and Fin de Claire Oysters to get them in the mood for its Niçoise Salad with rare tuna; Vine Tomato, Red Onion and Basil; Dorset Crab & Prawn plus Roast Beetroot with goat’s Cheese & Watercress – available both as starters and main courses.

More substantial mains of Red Mullet, Mussels & Clams with Tarragon Oil or Seared Diver Caught Scallops with Lemon Butter are another winning combination.

And when it comes to pudding, you’ll find the Frozen Berries, Sauternes & Black Pepper with Crème Fraîche Sorbet as light as air and Pineapple Carpaccio with Oriental Spices and Coconut Sorbet a rather refreshing digestif!
