Unlike so many would-be cupcake impressarios, Rachael’s not just a chef, she’s a real live pastry chef and a stellar pedigree includes a stint at Number One restaurant at the five star Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh and then at Thomas Keller’s esteemed French Laundray in California where she finessed her patisserie skills. Beat that suckers!
Sticky toffee pudding with toffee and prune icing (don’t knock it ’til you’ve tried it – fibre cancels out fat after all!), Belgian dark and white chocolate with chocolate brownie pieces, Gingerbread and orange, Lemon and raspberry ripple, Chocolate dipped strawberry and Vanilla & Marshmallow – yup we think you’re getting the picture by now.
All are made with real butter, fresh fruit and the finest Belgian chocolate.
