The perfect last minute gift for the gallivanting gourmet, we’re talking Dark Chocolate Praline with Orange and Cinnamon, White Chocolate Bonbon with Coconut and Rum, Milk Chocolate Praline with Passion Fruit. and Dark Chocolate Bonbon with Italian Lime and Vodka inspired by Jason’s favourite cocktail the mojito. Jason’s favourite, though, is the Milk Chocolate Bonbon rolled in Toasted Rice with Coffee and Caramel.
All the goodies are available in the loose chocolate section on the Ground Floor of the store and, come February (if he doesn’t get side-tracked with any more confectionary projects), will also be on sale in the chef’s new restaurant.
