Harvey Nichols knows that summer festivals aren’t the only excuse to sparkle so taking up residence at the Knightsbridge store from tomorrow until New Year is the first ever Glittermasque pop-up dispensing bespoke glittery face art to all comers.

Glittermasque is the brainchild of make-up artist Helen Lewis who’s spent her career beautifying the worlds of fashion and music and has also been spotted working among the shiny happy people at the Secret Garden Party. And we’re not talking stencils either – her talented team goes in free-style so you get your own bespoke couture creation (unlike wearing Versace for H&M to the Xmas party…)

Helen is also a dab hand with facial hair – not removing it (we’re sure Harvey Nics’ 4th floor can sort you out with that one) but applying it. She works with facial hairpiece specialist (yes really!) Sarah Weatherburn & Co, has made tasches out of a yak’s belly hair for The Hobbit movie and is even responsible for Jude Law’s bearded look in his recent bout of board treading at the Donmar. But don’t worry. Where you’re concerned we’re sure she’ll stick to the glitter…
