Fancy yourself a molecular mixologist with the mostest? (And no, putting a Berocca in your Champagne doesn’t count…) Well if you get your skates on you can take lessons from a pro and be ready to dazzle behind the bar come party season.
Known as the Heston of the drinks world, Tony Conigliaro has developed an unrivalled reputation for the distinctive brews served at Number 69 Colebrooke Row and making a guest appearance on the drinks menu at The Zetter Townhouse.
The cocktail pioneer will be opening his lab atop his celebrated Number 69 (aka The Bar With No Name) from 3-5pm this Saturday 3 December for an exclusive Beefeater 24 molecular mixology class when he’ll give aspiring mixologists an insight into his techniques.
Tickets are free but strictly limited and first come first served so email email@example.com – like now – to secure your spot or you may find yourself weeping into a mediocre G&T.
