We're talking canapes along the lines of Mini Wagyu Burgers, Seafood Frito Misto, Truffle Potatoes with Melted Cheese, ready-made picnics, weddings featuring delicious rotisserie meats and even an Oyster Shucking party night offer, which would see waiting staff serve fresh Rock oysters from some of the country's top suppliers.
