Ben’s Canteen is ending this depressing January detoxing with a rather special supper club event, Ryan Stafford: Mixing It Up on the 23rd of January. Ryan Stafford a former Masterchef: The Professionals finalist will be cooking up a seriously great menu with dishes including Pig Popcorn & Chorizo Jam, Carpaccio of Beasts and a wonderful Salted Caramel, Peanut, Yoghurt & Forell Pear, enough to make anyone ditch the January diet of soups and salad and return to eating proper food once more. There will be two sittings in the evening, 7pm and 9pm with everyone being served together at each sitting, the bar will also be open throughout the night so you can enjoy a cocktail, or two, or three….
