Sake no Hana – the contemporary Japanese bar and restaurant by the Hakkasan group is running a three pronged attack to celebrate London Fashion Week. Senior bar manager George Matzaridis has created the Ranwei Cocktail Collection – ‘Ranwei’ meaning ‘runway’ in Japanese of course! He’s taken inspiration from the world’s leading Japanese fashion designers and the collection will include the Kiki Sakura inspired by Comme des Garçons and balancing masculine and feminine elements in its mix of Elements 8 Plantinum rum with cherry liqueur, apricot and Shiroku yuzu sake. In addition, this Saturday sees the launch of Sake no Hana’s first ever Japanese brunch, available throughout the day from 12-4pm with a glass of prosecco to start and a healthy line up of soup, starters, sushi handrolls, a choice of mains and a dessert. £38.50pp. Finally, as snacks are every fashionista's friend, the SnH bar is launching its new Omakase snack set menu. Omakase means '‘I’ll leave it to you’, and the £15 sets comprise two refreshing cocktails perfectly paired with two bar dishes, such as 'Salmon avocado hand roll and Wasabi prawns, available Mondays and Tuesday evenings, and between 5-7pm Wednesday through Saturday.
