If you love Italian food, this is one for you. Carmelo Carnevale, head chef at Novikov’s Italian Restaurant, is set to run a series of master classes – passing on his superb skills and teaching you how to be a whizz in the kitchen! Launching on the 23rd March, the first class will focus on different ways to prepare and cook Sardinian lamb, the main ingredient behind Novikov’s famed Sunday Roast. Tutorial attendees will be treated to a feast of Italian freshly baked bread, jam and cappuccino before getting their aprons on! Following the master class, you can even delight your friends with the day’s cooking, with a group meal set for 3pm. Learn from the best and find out the secrets behind Italy’s fabulous cuisine – the master class is priced at £75 including lunch, £25pp for guests. Future classes are the last Saturday of each month, with all events held at Novikov Restaurant.
