Calling all fans of proper fried chicken and Southern American food, Mother Clucker has just announced it will be heading to Soho for a whole six weeks. The cheekily named pop up will be setting up camp in The Endurance on Berwick Street and will be serving up real, honest fried chicken. The Mother Clucker Combo is the big dog of the MC Endurance dish and includes a cup of Cluster Clucks, a French trimmed drumstick, waffle fries and an American biscuit. For those who aren’t sure what an American Biscuit is, they are a staple of the American South. Made with soft flour, butter, shortening and buttermilk and baked until golden, they’re flaky and fluffy, which makes them the best friends with the crunch of fried chicken. For those who want something other than the combo, also appearing on the menu will be waffle cheese, wings and fried jalapenos. And that is not all during the summer months the Mother Clucker will be taking to the roads in an ex American army ambulance, aptly described as a chicken frying monster which will be making appearances at street markets and festivals. So ditch the fast food restaurants, Mother Clucker is the answer to your cravings for fried chicken.

Mother Clucker will be at The Endurance 18th March – 28th April
