Marking its first summer in the city, seafood restaurant Bonnie Gull is opening its cocktail deck for dinners al fresco. With a fresh catch from every British coastline cooked up by Head Chef Luke Robinson and the team, the cocktail deck is the perfect place to enjoy the Bonnie Gull’s seafood treats.

Day in, day out, the menu changes, fishing destinations marked out on the Bonnie Gull’s daily catch map. Isle of Man Queenies, Inverawe Smoked Salmon, Cornish Hake give just a taster of the seafood possibilities on offer. Or, for those only a little peckish, Isle of Barra cockles, salt cod brandade on toast and fresh shellfish from the raw bar are ideal for saltwater snacking.

Feeling thirsty? Wash it all down with specially paired Bonnie Gull cocktails. The First Thyme for Everything, a mix of Portobello Gin, Vermouth and Thyme Liqueur, proves a treat while the Bonnie Mary oyster twist on the original is a very good choice thereafter. Or, if wine’s your thing, it’s BYOB on Shellfish Sundays.
