Created by Executive Chef Anthony Marshall and recognised by the Tea Guild, this teatime treat will put the royal stamp of quality on your coronation festivities.
As coronation meets cake, highlights on the cake-stand include an elderflower jelly diamond on a purple chocolate mousse and praline cushion, a dark chocolate edible picture frame encasing an image of Her Majesty’s coronation and a Coronation stamp on a cupcake. And it doesn’t end there! With crown-shaped sable biscuits, blueberry cupcakes finished in gold leaf and vanilla and blueberry macaroons, Coronation Tea at the Hilton is set to be a royal affair.
