A Taste of the West Country, the latest in One Aldwych’s exciting series of Tasting Club events, will take guests on an exploration of authentic ingredients from the West of England. This exclusive dinner on 20th June will see Executive Chef Dominic Teague unroll a sumptuous best of the West menu with special guest Yun Hider from the Mountain Food Company on-hand with expert insights for every course.
What makes this delicious three-course menu special is that every ingredient can be traced back to its origins in the West of England. Peter and Sue’s 82-acre Merrifield Farm provides the succulent free-range duck, while the wild herbs used were all snipped by expert forager Yun Hider who will be present on the night. Finishing in true Devonshire style, thick cream and juicy strawberries will wind off this authentic meal.
