45 Park Lane ‘Serves’ up Wimbledon

As Dorchester Collection’s new 45 Park Lane hotel launches a special tennis dining in its Media Room, you won’t have to be on the courts to catch the action. From 24th June – 7th July guests will be able to choose a delicious ‘Wimbledon Menu’ prepared by Executive Chef David McIntyre, all enjoyed with the Wimbledon tournaments showing on large Bang & Olufsen flat screens.

Whether you’re the tennis type or prefer strawberries and cream, this Wimbledon-style menu is simply a treat. From Lobster Club Sandwiches to Wagyu Burgers, Vanilla & Tonka Bean  Panna Cotta and Strawberry Gelato “Baked Alaska”, it’s so good that 45 Park Lane’s CUT restaurant will also be serving it for all those inter-match breathers.

And it doesn’t end there. 45 bar at 45 Park Lane is also giving a nod to the centre courts with its new ‘Strawberry Hill’ cocktail creation. A mix of Champagne Lanson rosé, St Germain, Aperol, lemon bitter and fresh strawberries, it’s the perfect tipple to our tennis season.
