Extra emphasis on the leisure as the hotel is delighted to announce the unveiling of the hotel’s brand new champagne bar, Catch Champagne Bar & Lounge, which officially opens its doors to guests today. The latest addition to Andaz Dining, provides a refreshing new place to meet, relax or party the night away in the centre of the lively city. Award-winning London architects, Wilsdon Design Associates designed the new bar. They were also mainly responsible for the dramatic renovation of Andaz Liverpool Street in 2007. The bar is a mix of traditional and contemporary design, set to be a popular destination hotspot with the London city crowd with Friday evenings welcoming a resident DJ to keep the tunes and Champagne flowing.
Guest can indulge in an wide-ranging list of over 70 Champagnes and Catch Champagne Bar & Lounge’s signature Bellinis, with a varied menu of light bites, sharing plates and signature charcuterie boards served from the centrepiece vintage Berkel slicer. The stylish menu at Catch has been designed by Sous Chef Sam Dunleavy. Sam’s charcuterie menu at Catch Champagne Bar & Lounge includes a range of options such as: chorizos, Serrano ham, and coppa salamis; all boards are served with homemade rustic sough dough bread brushed with fresh tomatoes and garlic, olive oil, balsamic and caper berries and can be bought individually (from £6/50g) or as a board for two (£18).
