Next month in July, Martin Morales’ Ceviche is hitting the road on a ten date pop-up tour bringing Ceviche to every corner of Britain. The Peruvian restaurant began life as a pop-up in London last year before finding a permanent home in Soho in March. The tour, which will be taking in destinations from Edinburgh to Padstow, will give people from across the country the chance to try dishes from Morales’ upcoming book Ceviche Peruvian Kitchen. You can also book one of Martin’s hands-on masterclasses as an add-on where you’ll learn how to make Ceviche’s infamous ‘Don Ceviche’ sea bass. Says Morales, “People fall in love with Peruvian food after the first bite, yet it’s still a secret across Britain. We want to change that, so we are hitting the road so they can try our fresh and healthy dishes, learn how to make them and get a taste for what we do behind a little black door in London’s Soho.”

Tickets £48pp for dinner (these include a copy of Ceviche Peruvian Kitchen) or £75 per person for the masterclass, dinner and a copy of the book.
