Christopher’s celebrates Independence Day

American dining room and Martini bar, Christopher’s, Covent Garden are celebrating Independence Day with a whole week of indulgent American cuisine, that would make our friends across the pond proud and we think a little jealous. Created by Head Chef, Francis Agyepong the menu, which is available from the 1st -9th July, features dishes such as BBQ pulled pork tortilla, apple slaw and avocado relish, Missouri – rubbed prime USDA rump steak, Maine lobster and cobb salad and the wonderfully sounding maple whipped sweet potato.

But that is not all, in the Martini bar they will also be serving up a selection of popular American cocktails including Bronx, Manhattan and the Mint Julep and on Independence Day they will be serving up the Independence Martini.

So come the 1st July, you know where you need to be heading to celebrate Independence Day, not America, Christopher’s.
