Manicomio Chelsea is spreading out into Duke of York’s Square with new summer BBQ and Tanqueray cocktails terrace, The Poco Café and head chef, Tom Salt, has put together a great list of BBQ dishes for alfresco dining. Options include Swordfish with rocket, daterino tomatoes and Cornish black bream with panzanella, Don Manicomio burger with apple and gorgonzola, Banham freerange chicken spiedino and Wye Valley asparagus, parmesan and lemon.
The cocktail list features five drinks with a distinct Italian feel, including Tanqueray Negroni – a Tanqueray, bittersweet Campari and Martini Rosso, served short over ice with an orange slice and the String Cello, a savory sweet combination of Tanqueray Ten with limoncello, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, sugar and fresh basil.
