Filled with strawberry cremeux, vanilla cremeux and fresh strawberry pieces, and finished with strawberries, cream and micro mint, said éclair is available at the restaurant with a side of fresh strawberry sorbet, or, can be purchased to-go from the front-of-house patisserie. And everyone knows that calories consumed while watching sport on tv don’t count as they are burned off vicariously… We wish.
