The annual Spring Lamb Dinner is the latest in the canal-side restaurant’s series of ‘Meat Us at Rotunda’ dinners. To be hosted on the 25th June, this dinner features the best in Britain’s lamb over an indulgent four-course dinner with canapés.
You might think Easter was the time for lamb, but in fact it’s the end of June when Rotunda’s hand-reared, grass-fed lambs come to their culinary maturity. Given the time to develop and grow in natural conditions, the meat is notable for its superior taste and quality.
Guests at Rotunda will enjoy an evening of canapés and talks by chefs and farmers including a chance to see a butchery demonstration. It’s the perfect way to learn and enjoy the possibilities of home-grown British lamb.
