The three day food festival comes to London today with over 40 of the City’s finest restaurants for guests to sample from. In addition over 200 artisan producers and premium brands will provide an abundance of the finest food and beverages from Britain and around the world. The foodie favourite festival will see Regent’s park being transformed into a gastronomic wonderland over the weekend where guests can try dishes like Salmon hot dogs, Ahi tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes, and Mexican doughnuts. For the more active food enthusiasts there will be various masterclasses like the S.Pellegrino VIP Restaurant and Masterclass where guests can learn from Neil Phillips how wine and food flavours can be enhanced by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna water while you get to sample Gauthier’s unique ‘vegetronic’ dishes.
Celebrities, media and chefs will all be coming together to enjoy the variety of food on offer including Rick Edwards, Michelle Heaton, Gizzi Erskine and Francesco Mazzei. Tickets are still available on the website for Saturday and Sunday but anyone wishing to attend today will have to pay at the door.
