Have you ever wished you could whip up the perfect seafood dish in your own kitchen, but not sure how? Well, this Saturday you can now learn how to prepare and cook fresh fish and shellfish under the guidance of Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill Head Chef, Michael Lynch.
Lucky for us, tastings are a common occurrence at this cookery school, so you can sample each of the tasty dishes during the class, and then sit back and try the oysters prepared in front of you with a glass of champagne. Once you’ve worked up an appetite you can sit down to a 4 course lunch and enjoy the fresh dishes he creates.
Guests will also receive a signed copy of Richard Corrigan's book, an apron and a loaf of their infamous soda bread to take away at the end of the day! Bentley’s Seafood Cookery School will be held on the 3rd of August.
