Bonnie Gull is a delightful seaside restaurant in the heart of the city. Since opening its doors last year, Bonnie Gull has enjoyed a super successful launch, fast becoming a trusted source of the finest fresh British seafood.
Bonnie Gull’s philosophy is centred around showcasing the best produce from around our shores in a sustainable, accessible and affordable manner. The catch varies from day to day but includes Isle of Man Queenies, Inverawe Smoked Salmon and Cornish Hake. Executive Chef Luke Robinson has also devised some smaller snack-sized dishes including; Isle of Barra cockles with parsley and bacon or salt cod branade.
The restaurant’s latest and greatest venture sees the opening of a dainty cocktail deck providing customers with the perfect spot to while away the summer afternoons. Bonnie Gull mixologists have designed their drinks to complement Luke’s menus and amongst other creations the “First Thyme for Everything”, a fine fusion of Portobello Road Gin, Dry vermouth, Thyme Liquor and Fresh Thyme is certain to get you in holliday mode.
With relaxed al fresco dining, killer cocktails and the freshest seafood in town; Bonnie Gull is the perfect location of long lazy lunches after work drinks, quick bar bites or lavish lobster dinners.
