The 4th of July will see the launch of Dolcezza – London’s first authentic Italian ‘pasticceria’ (an Italian bakery for those not in the know). Think handmade pastries, cakes and tarts made following time-honoured Italian recipes and organic ingredients.
Most Londoners are familiar with French patisseries but less is known about Italy’s take on sweet baking which is exactly why Tuscan native Max Natalini has decided to open one himself.
Located on Clapham road, Dolcezza will serve favourites such as cream-filled cannoli, orange croissants and sfogliatelle to tickle those taste buds.
For those without a sweet tooth, Dolcezza also does lunches that include an elaborate sandwich selection, pizzas and pastas not to mention their selection of traditional infamous Italian coffees.
