This summer King’s Cross will be the host for a brand new pop-up roller skate rink for 8 weeks only, starting 12th July. This exciting concept, designed by up and coming architecture studio Feix and Merlin, will offer a truly distinctive experience that combines roller skating, top name DJs plus fantastic food and drink provided by caterers Disco Bistro.
The rink will be open six days a week and will be suitable for all ages. Families and children will be able to visit the rink during the day for special sessions, while in the evenings the rink will be hosted by some of the most exciting DJs around to keep the beats flowing as guests roll away the night. Skaters can expect a lofty, disco soundtrack provided by the likes of Trevor Jackson, Damon Martin (Disco Bloodbath) and Hannah Holland, with special DJ sessions on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Food will be provided by punk foodies and pop-up masters Disco Bistro who will offer a selection of their signature diner food inspired delicacies. Guest chefs, including Gizzi Erskine, Yum Bun, Chef Jocky, Street Kitchen and Lucky Chip will be regularly invited, for more culinary surprises.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday 10am – 10pm
Thursday 11am – 11pm and Friday's and Saturday's from 12pm – 12am.
