On Friday 6th Bonnie Gull are upping sticks and taking over Camley Street nature reserve in Kings Cross, as they host an end of summer BBQ feast, to raise funds for the Living Seas project. With various food stations around the reserved guests can tuck into all that Bonnie Gull has to offer as they meander around the Regents Canal. Starting things off with a cocktails and oysters, naturally, guests can then make their way through Scandinavian – style salmon fillets, which are nailed to plank and fired in wood pits before being served with shaved fennel and orange salad.

That’s even before the main event, yes there is more! The Bonnie Gull Summer BBQ Station, will be serving up Channel Squid and King Scallop skewers, BBQ Mackerel with almonds, cucumber and Amalfi lemon, and Sea bass. To round things off guests can finish with a selection of puddings, we’re hoping they’re going to be serving up some of their brilliant brownies!

Set to an acoustic soundtrack from Double Bass Dan and Friends,  we can’t think of a better way to say good bye to summer: great food and great music.
