Lily Vanilli’s home brew

Lily Vanilli’s home brew

East London institution, Sebright Arms, is collaborating with baker Lily Vanilli in the latest of its Seabright Homebrew series. Previous collaborators include artist Pure Evil. Using its homebrewing kit, a ‘nano-brewery’ which allows for beer to be brewed in very small batches, Vanilli created Wit beer, a unique batch of light and summery wheat beer.

The kit invites experimentation and encourages brewers to create more niche brews. Vanilli’s fruity syrup was concocted using hand-picked English raspberries and gorse flowers which was then brewed in partnership with LAB (London Amateur Brewers) to create the final version. The beer will be officially launched tomorrow with a party at the Sebright Arms where will then be available to purchase while stocks last.
