After spending the summer in London in their South African-inspired truck, Bunnychow have found their first permanent home at Shoreditch’s BOXPARK.
The menu will feature their signature dish, ‘Monkey Gland Bunny’, which is a hollowed out loaf of bread packed with juicy meatballs, along with lots of new ‘bunnies’, including the ‘Ginger Chicken Bunny’ with chicken and squash and the ‘Boston Beans Bunny’ with molasses, baked beans, spinach and smoked cheese.
There will also be new flat bunnies, which have warm fillings, including a South African spiced ‘Bobotie Burger’ and a ‘Lime and Chilli Crayfish’ variant. Every single bunny is heavily flavoured and made fresh in-store every day. The loaves of bread are also baked daily by the award-winning Celtic Bakers.
Situated on the upper level of BOXPARK, the Bunnychow shipping container will feature chipboard tables, high metal stools, pendant lights and exposed scaffolding. So if you’re after a quick lunch, head over and try out Bunnychow’s unique offerings!
