Pan-Indian restaurant and cocktail bar, Carom, will be putting a Christmas theme on their monthly curry club this month, on 4 December. Aimed at guests who enjoy cooking, Executive Chef Vishnu Natarajan will be demonstrating how to make delicious curries at home. This month, the menu will feature Turkey Biryani – a perfect recipe that makes good use of the Christmas dinner leftovers and some delicious, authentic Indian spices.
Guests will also receive a special behind-the-scenes tour of the restaurant kitchen, which will be followed by a cocktail which guests can enjoy while they watch the cooking demonstration. Guests will then be able to enjoy a 3-course meal in the restaurant, featuring the Turkey Biryani. Why eat turkey sandwiches for a week when you can eat turkey biryani?
