This Autumn the original Hakkasan restaurant, at Hanway Place, has been changing things up a bit with their take on the tradition that is Sunday lunch. The Michelin- starred restaurant has joined forces with Champagne house Perrier Jouёt to create a stunning four course dim sum feast. Gracing the menu are a range of dishes such as salads, steamed, fried, baked and grilled dumplings, rolls and puffs as well as main courses and of course as no lunch is complete without it, desserts.
Highlights from the menu include lobster salad with white truffle and lily bulb, prawn shumai and chinese chive dumpling with prawn and crabmeat, crispy smoked duck. We also can’t wait to try the jasmine tea smoked organic pork ribs which sounds divine! All of this will be accompanied by half a bottle of the delicious Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé! So ditch the roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings, you know where to head for lunch this Sunday and don't panic if your Sundays are soon to be taken up with Christmas shopping and visits to long lost relatives, the lunch will be carrying on into 2014.
