Shuttleock Inc, the team behind Mile High and The Great Indian Peninsula Railway, will be teaming up with Tom Conran at his Notting Hill restaurant, Tom’s Deli, to launch a unique new foodie event in London. Rumble at the Deli will see two of London’s most talented young chefs compete head-to-head in an effort to create the best three-course meal for the diners at Tom’s Deli using ingredients selected fresh from the market each morning.
Rumble at the Deli will take place every Thursday to Sunday in November, and will include Shuttlecock Inc’s Ollie Templeton, and young chefs from some of London’s top restaurants, including Max Pasetti from Bocca di Lupo, Ellen Parr from Art of Dining, Pratap Chahal from Ramsay’s Claridges, Last Days of Pisco’s Stephanie Boote, Freddy Pethick-Money from the Dorchester, Tom Starker from Heston’s Dinner and St John’s Tom Foster.
Diners can also look forward to a DISARONNO cocktail before and after their meal. So to experience some drama and a lot of truly knockout food from London’s best young chefs, book at table at Tom’s Deli. Each guest will sample both chefs’ offerings, so a total of six dishes: if you enjoy fine food made from fresh ingredients, this really is an opportunity not to be missed!
