New Year’s Eve at Buddha Bar

New Year’s Eve at Buddha Bar

Paying homage to its east meets west background, one night only revellers at Buddha Bar can experience all the glamour and debauchery of 1950’s Paris and the incredible events that would change China forever; as its New Year’s Eve party is being inspired by two of the most iconic films of the 20th century Bertolucci’s The Last Emperor and John Huston’s Moulin Rouge.

Being split into two distinctive, surreal and decadent areas, the Buddha Bar is being transformed into the ‘Heavenly Upstairs’ and the ‘Forbidden Downstairs’. In these two separate areas there will be unforgettable and immersive entertainment, think everything from a casino, hidden carnival – style fair to performances from the Moulin Rouge’s very own Diamond Dog Dancers and DJs playing the best of Asian and Parisian beats.

Asian influences can be seen throughout the menu which includes Wagyu Fillet with shimeji mushroom, wafu sauce & truffle butter and oven baked Canadian lobster with kimchi broth & mizuna salad. Whilst France marks its stamp with bottles of Champagne – each party of four will be given a complimentary bottle from one of the country’s leading Champagne houses to celebrate the start of the New Year!

It is set to be a dazzling evening, so make sure you get your tickets early!
