This January will see a slice of the Dorset coast being brought to London, as Fish Market restaurant joins forces with Mat Follas – a former Masterchef winner and foraging champion, to bring three pop- up seaside suppers.

Showcasing seasonal British fish and seafood, Mat has come up with a range of dishes with Fish Market Head chef Barry Macmillan, which includes land and sea snails, smoked mussels gratin, clams with samphire, day – boat bouillabaisse and bitter chocolate fondant with lavender ice cream.

There will also be other foraged surprises and treats that Mat has used his expertise to gather, there really will be a wonderful abundance of wild Dorset produce!  

Running on the last three Saturdays of January there will be two sittings each night: 6:30pm and 8:30pm.
