Amaranto launches new brunch

Amaranto launches new brunch

Think brunch and you probably think eggs, granola, a fry up or pancakes – well Amaranto at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mayfair –have gone way passed that, way, way passed with their new brunch.

They have over 50 courses to choose from -that’s right the big five zero.  Available on Saturday and Sundays from 7am for the early risers and until 3pm for those who are feeling the effects of the night before, the brunch includes savoury classics such as fried eggs with truffle; a tea smoked wild salmon and spinach frittata; and Kedgeree.  And in keeping with the Italian cuisine of Amaranto Executive Chef Adriano Cavagnini has also added some of his own favourites to the brunch menu with dishes such as ‘Brutto ma Buono’ – crusty ciabatta bread filled with warm porchetta and salsa verde and Spaghetti Verrigni

To finish there are brownies, Bakewell tart, pancakes with banana and hazelnut cream, waffles with orange, ricotta and chocolate and even jammy dodgers.  So we’re just going to stay and work our way through the fifty courses – capisce?
