Is there more of a Spring time ingredient than lamb?
The Hunter 486 restaurant at Arch London certainly don’t think so and next month will be launching a menu of the meat done every single possible way you can think of.
Using meltingly tender new season lamb they will serve dishes ranging from confit shoulder of lamb with grilled kidneys to a roast loin of baby lamb served with aubergine, mint compote and sarladaise potatoes. Other dishes will include braised lamb shank with flageolet beans, smoked sausage and toasted crumbs, making each option even more delicious than the one before it.
The menu which will run from 7 April to 11 May 2014 and will rotate one of these lamb dishes each week.
