Bodo’s Schloss, our skiing home away from the slopes, has some news which we’re going to shout from the metaphorical ski mountains, this summer they are launching a new separate dedicated restaurant area.
Yup that’s right, Head Chef Jordan Sempler, has created a menu with lighter dishes for summer including Crab, Orange and Shaved Fennel Salad with Toasted Sesame Seeds and a Green Herb Dressing, and Asparagus, Pea and Mascarpone Risotto with Basil and Aged Parmesan. Oh those picnics you’ve had on the Alps – recreate the feeling, just minus the snow and skis…with their picnic hampers which are available either at your table or to take away.
We also can’t get enough of their Fondue Wednesdays – in association with band, The London Essentials, guest can choose between (or we say go for both) cheese and chocolate fondues, as well as getting stuck into other classics such as Chicken or Veal Wiener Schnitzel and Lamb Goulash. To finish Dark Chocolate Fondant, obviously.
