What are you up to this weekend?  Come Thursday night we have those 4 long, glorious days stretching in front of us. What to do with all that time?  Besides getting through as much chocolate as humanely possible, and no doubt nursing some sort of hangover we suggest that you head over to South Place Hotel for brunch, because alongside their usual brunch offering (We’ve been. It’s brilliant.) they will also be serving up limited edition, original Easter cocktails.

Created by Head Bartender Duo, Angel de Sousa and Roland Varga you have three to choose from; gin lovers go for the Green Fields, if you are after something a little more decadent and indulgent then The Jaffa Cake a mix of chocolate liqueur, Grand Marnier, Pampero Especial and double cream is for you. Lastly they have The Fluffy Tail which is topped with ½ an egg shell filled with port…

With no work on Monday you might as well just try them all, it seems wrong not to!
