This April, London restaurant The Shed will unite with The London Shooting Club to host the next installment of their ever popular grill night. 

Launched last summer, providing a service that specializes in providing access to the finest shooting experiences in the UK, the evening will be using the spoils of The London Shooting Club’s latest trip to Scotland. With fresh venison collected personally, the evening will be a gastronomic journey starting with  an introduction on The Shooting Club’s techniques from the club's founder Steve Jones. 


They will then hand over to the more culinary side of things with head chef Oliver Gladwin leading  a cooking demonstration on how to work with venison. The venison theme will follow through to the evening menu which will include venison tartar, venision terrine and grilled venison accompanied by a variety of desserts to round the evening off. 


The Grill Club at The Shed will take place on the 7th and 14th April with a 6.30pm start and is priced at £46 per person. For more information call 02072294024. Tickets can be bought through The Shooting Club's website.
