The Berkeley’s Spring/Summer Pret-a-Portea

It’s synonymous with the changing of the seasons, The Berkeley’s infamous Pret- a- Portea, aka the most fashionable tea in London. Since we are well and truly into spring now, it is time for the Spring/Summer 2014 collection tea to be served in The Caramel Room.

Taking to the tea stand this season are Miu Miu’s exotic skin tone bag with a chocolate pecan moelleux, Christian Louboutin’s chocolate biscuit Pigalle spike heel with a bright turquoise hue icing and the signature red sole.

Also making an appearance will be Victoria Beckham’s geometric print cherry and white chocolate mousse shirt , inspired by the triangles and grids that sauntered down the catwalk this season. And Simone Rocha will be making her debut appearance in the Pret-a-Portea with a pineapple and coconut Savarin shirt dress with a “wow” lime punk spun sugar.

 With cakes also from Alberta Ferreti, Emilia Wickstead, Oscar de la Renta and Karla Colletto – The Caramel Room is the only place to be seen this season.
